How To Order

Order Contact Details:
Orders can be placed via telephone, email, or post. Please ensure to specify the product code and description when placing your order. All orders must include an official order number.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Order Acknowledgement:
Upon receipt of an order, we will acknowledge it via email. The order will be deemed accepted unless there are discrepancies in pricing or terms, which must be resolved before processing. Each order or acceptance of a quotation by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase goods, subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. All accepted orders form a commitment to purchase the goods, and the buyer is responsible for full payment as outlined in our terms. Prices are exclusive of VAT. If VAT exemption applies, please include the necessary certificate/declaration.

Confidentiality:
All information, including pricing, quotes, and marketing materials, is strictly confidential and cannot be shared with third parties.

Payment Terms

• Account Customers: Strictly 30 days payment terms.
• New/Non-Account Customers: Require a Proforma Invoice for pre-payment of goods ordered.
• Goods remain the property of Zygen Diagnostics Ltd until full payment is received. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

Re-Stocking

Incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted for return by prior agreement. They must be unmarked, undamaged, and have been stored correctly.

Handling, Carriage & Timescales

All goods are delivered by local courier and public transport services.

• Stocked items typically ship within 2 working days.
• Non-stocked items typically ship within 10 working days.
  If there are any delays in shipping, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
